Exclude Service Requests forum from 'Unanswered Threads'

Like the title says, service requests should'nt show up there because you can't reply to them anyway..

Like the title says, service requests should'nt show up there because you can't reply to them anyway..
but the author can reply, that the job is filled, and therefore, the unanswered threads is working as it should: -> Declined :p
