I voted Mass Admin PM, because even in its raw form I find it very useful. I have just added some required Profile Fields to my forums, and wanted to tell everyone to update their profiles.
I think Mod Management Sys is a great mod, but I have not installed it as my staff consists of 3 admins and 1 SMod..... ;)

The vB Chat serves as a fabulous way to keep spam and conversations in chat, and off the boards. It helps members get to know one another, keeps them hanging around and gives them something to do if they're waiting for a reply, helps people make friends, makes a community closer, etc, etc.
