You are showing up licensed to me and should be able to post in any of the publicly-viewable forums.

You only need to buy the one liscense from vbulletin.com

After you purchase that, they will give you a form to insert the e-mail address(s) that you would use to register on these support forums...if that and their code matches, you have download rights, posting rights, etc.
