My question is how can I change the content in a forum or a thread to get it to post different ads? I have a car web-site and it seems to be reading the Nitrous forum and it's posting ads for "whip it's". Also in the lounge it's only posting ads for Vbulletin software (not that I care, but members will not click this). So my question is how can I get some of these ads changed, and what can I do to get it to read my forums a little better?

well you can exclude ads from your pages so you can remove those "whip it's" and vbulletin ads if you want to. make page titles more descriptive and meta tags also. also more clear and nonambiguous content also helps:)

I just bought a vb license, but with ubbt, I had the prob of forum ads, or other irrelevant ads showing up so I added a mod that allowed me to create forum specific meta data.

I customized the keywords, description, etc. of each forum, so that the ads I wanted to show up for that forum would show up.

It worked perfectly for me. I'm not sure if VB has a mod like this, but if they don't, I'm going to have someone make one really soon!
