Seems like many months ago i saw a mod for this but can't find it.

I run a site for independent bands and I have a community for the site. What I'd like to do is offer bands their own forum on the site but allow them to control the look and what not as well as admin their section. Is there a mod like this? Couldn't remember.

It was removed due to the fact it could be used to violate the license agreement.
