I searched the documentation, but couldn't find out how to add a user note. Anyone willing to enlighten me?

If you have them turned on, you should have a link from the users profile to his usernotes. There you can add usernotes.

Might be because the only 2 members are Admins, so I can't add for them users ;) Thanks.

There are settings in the usergroup area in the ACP they will allow you which usergroups can, or can not edit the user link. As well as to turn them off for a certain usergroup.

just follow the link: site.com/forum/usernote.php?u=USERID where Userid = id of a member you want to see her notes. if you (admin) have permission to see it would be there.
