This is probably more of a server issue, but it is an issue nontheless.

Same problem with bmp's :( (The threads easy enough to find - it's my ikkle hack)

I am no official spokesperson of course, but I am sure that at least PNG thumbnails needs to be enabled in the vB acp to appear. But if vBorg does not have GD support, turning this on has no effect...
So a wild stab in the dark would be the assumption that vBorg doesn't enable/support GD library :)

Well, actually we had enabled that feature, and it produced some server erreors, iirc so we had to disable it again.
so, unfortunatelly it's nothing i can solve as it's a server issue...
@Kerry Anne: you shouldn't use bmp images at all :)

bmp's arnt thumbnailed in any image genrator software, be it GD or NetPBM or ImageMagick...

When your photoshop refuses to work you only have 2 options.
1. bmp's
2. funny colored gifs when done in paint.
Guess which one I prefer?

If it doesn't work contact adobe support - they are always helpful :)

I never had any problems with making screenshots and saving them as jpg in paint.

using another and working tool is a third option ^^
