vB3 Download area?

i made a vb2 hack (Download Area 1.0 & 1.1)
and was thinking of making a vb3 one

any features you want to see init?

Here are some suggestions

control access per usergroup (either to each download, or to download category)
download categories
count amount of times file was downloaded

possibly:

allow upload, based on usergroup permission
allow only certain filesize for upload
allow only certain extensions for upload
