split announcments and stickys? hack

Hey i was wondering if there is a hack to split the announcments and stickys from the topics for version 3.0.3 ???? can someone point me out to the right direction...

announcements are already split but there is a hack to split stickies from normal threads, check http://www.vbulletintemplates.com they have it there:D
