i was wondering since i will be using a separate database for some hacks as to not slow down my forums i was wondering since im making a new mysql class like $DB_site is it possible to use $DB_site's session table to store like ids and locations?
and if not how would i go about doing this?

i am doing this due a an extensive website building(of my next site) with a potentialy large store database and other features that may become very large. so i am doing this as not to slow down the board....

use another database then?
I don't quite see how this is going to slow your board down unless you bog the server down greatly.

well i cant be sure exactly if it will bog down the entire server but i just want to take preventatives;)
