Is there a "You've Recently Viewed" hack?

I like the feature Site Point's Forum (http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/index.php?) has, where the Index page shows the last few threads you've seen and posted in.

I looked for it here, but can't seem to find it. Is that a custom hack?
