Pre-Launch Review

This is a professional wrestling discussion forum.

1) Are there any forums I should add, remove, or change?
2) How's the skin?
3) I have three hacks installed - the Shop hack, vBookie, and Hangman, all of which are integrated together using uShop (can earn points for winning hangman or winning a bet), and can all be accessed via the navigation on the left side.
4) Would I have room for a leaderboard ad (728x90) (right below the navigation)?
5) Anything else?

1) Forums are fine. Not too many. :)
2) Nice skin, easy on the eyes. Control Panel part.. I'm not really fond of. Dunno why.
4) You want more than one advertisement? More than one is pushing it, IMO. Very unappealing.

The style (yes folks, they are called styles in vBulletin not skins ;)) is very nice. However I don't think it suits your forum. It's more suited to a webhosting forum or a design community, not a forum to discuss wrestling.

I am really going to be utilizing that sidebar over the next few weeks, integrating a lot of features in there that otherwise might look too weird at the top or on the bottom.

I'm with Dean on the Style. Although I think it's very well done, simple, constant, and flowing, I dont think it's quite got the edge I would picture on a Wrestling forum. But perhaps that's just me.

Otherwise I think it's a great start :)

I really like the style! Nice work, it's really sleek and definately not a stereotypical wrestling forum :p But I like since I'm more into the sleeker style anyway.

I don't think you should do the ad immediately right now since it would be too much and look off place in the layout. Good luck!
