Is there a feature to hide or obfuscate email addresses in the body of messages so that the spambots are not harvesting the emails of my posters if they put their emails in the body of the posts?
Thanks!

as far as I know there is currently no suc feature, but it might be possible to do something using replacement vars...

Indeed.
Create a replacement var for @, replacing it with [at] or even an image of an @.

Just remember, anything you can code to change the harvesters can change back.
@ -> [at] is pretty common and harvesters are aware of it.
The best course of action is not to post email addresses at all but instead use contact forms and other means to keep the email address strictly server side where they can't get to them.
Email-masking? ;)
