vb 3.0 Allow users to read first post only, see no replies

Is there a mod out that would allow me to set a usergroup to be allowed to read the first post of a thread, and reply to it, but not see any replies, and allow another group or groups to see the full thread?

Nothing out there that does this already? User would click a thread and see the first post, and a reply button, but would not see anyone else's replies. If they also didn't see their own replies that would be fine too.
