In laymens terms please. :p
Tell me how I got about editing the default vBulletin "forum rules" to a custom version.
Can you please tell me the location of the file in whatever folder it is in, for version 3.0.3.

Are you referring to the rules displayed at registration, or the rules listed at the bottom of each forum about what can be/cannot be posted?

Or do you want to edit the FAQ?
If yes, there is a point in your ACP to add/edit your faq entries

well if you mean the one via registration you can edit the phrase via db;) i did that to add a few extra clauses such as agreeing to the forum rules:)

Sorry I didnt specify. :) The first time user registration is what I'm looking at changing for the moment. I have done a search on the forum and there is no specific answers for this question, though it has been asked several times.
Please help.

it is a phrase not sure where but it is a phrase;)
