Q about verfiying email for user

where I can find a hack that let the admin check if the email's users still active or not?

to verfiy that the user email is correct and vaild?

mass email em all, and if you get any errors that ones were not sent than you can delete those one,,
send maybe a reminder email, stating that they registered at your board, have not been in awhile,, and that it is not spam, just a reminder
