I have a few doubts regarding sales can u clear them...

1. The sigle user license $160 is for the whole life time or for single year use.
2. Is it possible to convert all the board details over here.

can i get this info quickly friends...

The owned license for US$ 160 can be *used* for a lifetime, but updates are only included for a year. If you want to update to the latest version after a year, that'll cost you US$ 30 per year. This is optional.

Yes, it's possible to convert phpbb using ImpEx.

...btw, here are my answers:

2- the IMPORT system is quite efficient... you can even join the old attachements from phpBB (with a hack released here on this board)
