No PM Pop Up Box problem!

I'm facing some very weird problem with PM Pop Up Box in my forum. Despite forcing everyone to use PM, enable PM Pop Up Box using the SQL query, 80% of the time, I will not get a pop up box when a new PM arrives. Even the PM counter doesn't update/work (at the top right). I'm wondering if anyone could help, or know what's the problem. Thanks in advanced!

Since my Vbulletin is modded, Jelsoft wouldn't support...

first, list all the hacks you've installed, so we can see what's going on !

Ok, I've installed Statistic mod V2, and Arcade mod. That's about it. I've done some template mod, but reverting to standard template doesn't fix the problem.

The weird problem is when I send to B, B doesn't get pop up. But when C send to B, B will get pop up.

hum... even if you activate the PM system, each user have to activate the popup in their options...

Yeah, but I've already forced everyone to use PM and the PM pop up using SQL query, and I've already made sure the B person I'm sending to has Pop up enabled. The funny thing is, he will get the PM, but he will not get the pop up, so the total messages will not get updated, the user won't even know if there's a new message unless he checks the User CP.
