Help! Attachments not importing for phpbb206

I'm in the middle of an import now, and all has gone smoothly until I tried to import attachments. All 500 or so that I have in my old phpbb failed to be imported over.

Can anyone tell me what the "path to images upload directory" is for in the import utility? Does it mean for the source or target board system?
