MartinJ,
Just to let you know, you are currently showing up as unlicensed :) To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/membersupport_priority.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://www.vbulletin-germany.com/members/forums.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.
You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.
Thank you.

No, but don't see the point if you don't own a license, as you will only be able to post here. And the staff with annoy you to death with there default unlicensed speech. ^^

How do you change your avatar?I don't see why you guys should jump on him.
He isn't asking vBulletin support - all he seems to want to know if how he can set an avatar in his vBulletin.org profile. And filbert1 already took care of that in the first post reply of this thread.
I am pretty sure you can register and browse this site as unlicensed user. Like .. a potential customer who might just have an interest in making a purchase.

Well, then you have to use a free but weaker software for your forums.
But always think about, the 160$ is a lifetime license, so if you buy it now, you can use it very long, even if the first project doesn't work out, you can take over the license to the next one, after you have to close one.
And no, i still don't believe your site is vbulletin.com, because if it would be, then you would already have a license :p

I owned infopop's ubb.classic at 14, which is a high priced product. Been an owner of vBulletin off and on for 3 years now, just turned 18 in april.
Its not hard to make the cash to own a license ;)
