and yes i'm serious about this
my host moved my site &board to a new server a few weeks ago and ever since then, the "whos online.php" doesnt work..it shows EVERYONE as being at the index all the time even when theyre not-ive talked to ppl on mssnger and had them go to a certain forum or thread, and the online.php still says therey at the index. the odd thing is that once in a while itll work-itll show someone where they really are. but 95% of the time it shows everyone as at the index.
i'm running vb 3.01 and upgrading to 3.03 isnt an option becuz a) i probly couldnt do it and would mess it up, and b) i'll lose my hacks, which include vb journal and the shoutbox
i tried uploading the online.php file from 3.03 as someone told me its the same as 3.01, but that didnt help. what i need is for someone to look at my board and figure out why the hell the online.php thing isnt working, and fix it. i would pay for such a service, i dont know the going rate but im at my wits end here, i cant just say to hell with it, i like having the online.php i like knowing wher eppl are and what theyre doing sometimes, you know?
if anyone can do that or knows someone who can, plz let me know
