Reputation Editing...

Just wondering where to go (php, template, or what??) to edit re things like what pic it displays, and at what time?? And things like that. I have the reputation that came with my vbulletin (3.0.3) thanks :D

for which pictures to be displayed: it's template
for words: it's phrases, you can change it in Phrases manager.
and I don't understand what you meant by 'what time'
