incorporate another poll in different thread

Sometimes we have a poll in a specific thread. Then the subject gets hot in another thread. Rather than having two polls of the same, it would be nice to simply place that original poll in the other thread, perhaps by putting in the poll number. So people could vote in either thread and same results get carried everywhere it displays.

The way I envision this: At posting, below the create poll option, a drop-down box:

could be for admin and moderators only, or everyone
