I have been working hard enough to get a site without source code hacks, but the few I have installed are to power the non-vb pages with my own CMS and show the unknown locations in online.php and little things like that, but nothing that makes upgrading a pain.
Come check it out and browse around, hopefully it is fun and hopefully I get enough positive and negative (yet constructive) feedback to motivate and inspire me to try harder in the upcoming months to improve the site to be as good as possible for everybody.
