i decided to install shoutbox, well but as always when i have more than one choice, i'm starting to wonder....

which one of both to install, which is better?

what i want to know is, do any of the 2 shoutboxes allow the not registered users to post as well?

You can set this in the shoutbox permissions AFAIK
