Automatic Alt Attribute applied to uploaded pics

How about a hack that will automatically apply a preset Alt Attribute to all uploaded pics????

Thats an uploaded image - Id like to also see alt tags on sig images and [img] tagged pics ---

Hmm. I'm not sure this'll work for you, but mouse over an image on mine.
