You should make a Big Shared Whiteboard... A graffiti board where users can stick up pictures, draw, paint and type on it... Make a spray can with different nozzles too. And the admin can set whatever kind of background on it that they want to fit their sites. The board would save whatever was done on it and only the admin can wipe it but people could use the eraser tool... I guess you could expand a bunch on this but that's my bright idea...
