e-mail users incl. those who set receive e-mails from admin to no

Hi,

My vbulletin board has been shut down for a year and will be re-opened soon. I am wondering if it is possible to e-mail all users including the ones who set receive e-mails from admin to no, just to let them know that the board is open again. Is it possible?

Thats possible.
Just select the radiobutton saying that (underneath the option to pick which usergroups to send it to, vB3). Can't tell you the exact text, as I have a german style installed, but you'll figure it out yourself ;)

I forgot to mention that I have version 2.3.3. I don't think I have that option :-(
