Is there a hack to do allow the admin to do the following: Glowing Username, Colored Username, Bold Username, Italicized Username.
I saw this in a uShop uCash hack but I don't want the entire hack for these options.
Is there a hack just for those 4 options?
Thanks

this can be done easily using the built in vBulletin functions. Just edit the usergroup and add html tags in the thmal markup fields.

Questions about modifying vBulletin's default behaviour and asking about modifications in general, should be posted in General vBulletin Questions. Please read the forum descriptions more carefully in future. I've moved your thread there for you :)
Thanks,

Ok, thanks for moving it.
I see that doing the bold and italicized one isn't hard.
How can I do the glowing one?

glowing doesn't work with other browsers than IE iirc, so i'd suggest not to use it.

Oh ok.
Are there any other text options besides the ones I mentioned?
Also is there a possibility to have a different color for each letter in the name? I know it can't be done trough the user permission box.

You may want to look into Javascript but how you would implement it, I wouldn't know.

with css you have a lot of possibilities for textdesigns aso.
But from a userfriendly point of view i wouldn't use too much of them, as it's complicating.
"What means that, what means that aso" will be most common questions :)
As for Rainbowtext or like such: Yes doable by Javascript, but as Reeve said, i've no ide how ^^
but as said above, i wouldn't use too much effects, that's normally contraproductive
