You can modify the templates used and delete the $header, $navbar and $footer references.
thats cool is there a way to change the colors of the calendar page so that its template is different from the rest of the forum

Editing the template would be better for the long run, why do you just want to edit the file?
Even though this forums is only for licensed vBulletin members, it is agasint the license agreement to distrbute files in anyway shape or form that have come from the zip file.

So you want the calender in vB to show this stuff, but the same calendar shown on your site not to?
That'll be a bit more complicated. You'll have to duplicate the used templates and change one set or add a conditional.
