Active User's list messed up.

I have my admins and moderators have a glow around the user name but now in the active user list it does this(check attachment). Is there a way to fix that?

Im using this code <div style="filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Glow(Colo r=red ,Strength=1.5);width: 30%;"> </div> in the "HTML Markup's".
