Send post to a friend

What I am looking for is a hack that will allow me to send a post link to a friend once I post it. After I post the message, an option to "Send this message to a friend" containing a link to the post I just made. I did a search, but could not find one. Anyone?

u can just use the "email page to friend" feature thats already on vb3
