Admin Help insert code

Could anyone provide me with a good block of code to insert Admin Help stuff into vB3?
I dislike the idea of making an XML file for numerous reasons, main reason would be that I tried to do it with Settings Groups, and it completely destroyed my localhost of vB3, I had to fetch the stuff from the live board's phpMyAdmin.
So Im not about to risk this with Admin Help :p
It would be preferrable to have a function for it like uCS's setting install stuff, so I dont have to copypaste tons of $DB_site's :)

I would try to do it myself, but Im busy with the development of the v3 of the RPG. ;)

Seeing it wasnt a support question or "can vB do this and that", but a question of how to perform a modification for usage IN a modification, I figured I had my a$$es in the clear :p
