Custom pages to show online users

Can anyone help? I have gone through the code and I can not find what I need. I have a web page that I have created myself. http://www.console-forums.com/forum/download/pafiledb.php All I want to do is add the code that will reconise there is a user on my site and will add this user to the "Users online" menu. Does anyone know what to do??
