Add moderator function not working

G'day all,

Hoping someone can help with this - the add moderator function on my forums isn't working. Selecting "add moderator" from the dropdown list next to a forum in my site's admin just leads to a blank page!

Any ideas?

Nope, both forum.php and moderator.php are unhacked.

Try re-uploading a pair of fresh files, but make sure it's in ASCII mode.

Done that, still no luck :(
