Function that physically censors words?

I'm looking to modify the Censoring abilities of my vB, and I was wondering if you could tell me in what file, and the name of the function, that physically does the censoring (or possibly the one that I'm looking for).

The function is called fetch_censored_text. You can find it in includes/functions.php :)
