Default Avatar (shown on all pages)

Hey, well, i have my avatar in my Header...
and it only shows up on the forumhome.
and i would like it to show up on all pages.

i would also like it, so that people who dont have an avatar shows the default icon for no avatar, same with guests, and i would like it to show on all pages because my avatar is in the header :\

So, im going to sum this up if anyone didnt understand :\

- Need avatar to show up in header
- Need default avatar for anyone who doesnt have one
- Need Guest avatar for guests

so its pretty much that part of the welcome hack. but in the header...
if anyone could help, i would greatly appreciate it, and i would defiantely give you thanks at my forums with a link to your site/forum :)

ps. its gotta show up on all the pages, not just forumhome
