when will the Toon Zone administratior allow new users to become members one the various forums?? It has apparenty been 'disabled'

I'm not sure if you quite understood me. I Do Not yet even have a user name or a password. Whenever I attempt to create one for the Toon Zone forums i get the message 'Registration has been disabled by the Adminstrator'.

In that case the registration has been disabled by the administrator. There is nothing you can do about it. Nevertheless, as Live Wire said, this is a site for discussion and sharing of vBulletin modifications.
