Hello,
I have been searching for a while for something that allows another level in 'user groups' - I suppose something like:
"Parent" - "Child" - "Grand child"?
To give you an example of what I am trying to do is if my site is about "Motor Transport", the the parent groups would consist of "Cars", "Bikes", "Trucks". If I then wanted the parent group "Cars" to be broken into categories of say "Holden", "Mercedes" (ie child groups) - is it possible to have under the "Mercedes" category another sub group (grandchild) that is for "M3", "M5" etc.
The way I see it at the moment is that the "child" usergroups would become extremely congested given the variety of cars/models that you get. So if you were say a "M3" owner (which I am not!) being part of the "Mercedes" group is "ok" - but it is not really the "user group" they want to be associated with. They really only want to only be part of the "M3" user group.
I am figuring this hack wouldn't be the easiest, but then again I suppose that would be half the challenge now wouldn't it?
Thanks
Shawno
