No, it is not possible without a backup.

What reason do you have to downgrade?

That's hardly a reason to downgrade. Detail your problem and maybe someone can help you fix it.

So why not ask for help?

On vB3 the syles are all compleint HTML and it uses a much better main style editor

It only took me 4 hours to make the change and that was back in beta 3 :)
