User info on left / thread content on right hack

I am looking for the hack used in this very forum (and others I have seen) where the users name, title, join date, # posts, etc. is posted on the left side of a thread and the content is posted on the right.

My default has user info at the top and content below it. I have searched all thoughout this forum and can't find it.
