Is it possible to give user moderator power to moderate 1 forum only?

For example I want to give this user called, sky to mod only 1 sub forum to beable to sticky delete move post in that single sub forum only.

I couldn't find any options in vb to do that, do i need a hack to do that? :/

Also i don't know why standard vb has 2 groups 1 is moderator 1 is super moderator. becoz the moderator group can not sticky move posts until i give them super moderator access as well. Am i doing something wrong here? :/

It's in your admin CP (assuming you user vb3). Forums and Moderators section. Go to the forum manager in that and find the forum you want them added to. Then on the drop-down, just select add moderator and enter their name and the options you want them to have.
