We are a small community of automotive enthusiasts that don't care for the coffee can exhaust, airplane wing spoiler, body kit by Home Depot, style cars. We've been around for 2 years, but we tried lots of different software. We've been using vB for about 18 months now, and love it. I can't even begin to count the number of hours I've spent tweaking things to get them just the way I like them. Of course, if I was a coder, the amount of time would have been reduced considerably. lol. Anyway, I'd love to get some input from people other than our regular members.

Good job but too black for me

This is pretty nice, but definately it's all a little too contrasting for me. The light on dark I find hard to read.

Agreed with Dean. Clashing colors, in my opinion.

I did receive quite a few complaints when I first tried the colors I'm using. I tuned it down a bit by selecting duller shades of red and blue, which seemed to appease the masses. But after a while, it felt too bland, and over time, I've gradually brightened up the blues and reds again. It is an aquired taste, but the feedback I've received from most of the members is positive. To try and please everyone, I have created a style with lighter colors as an option, but since it's not really to my tastes, it's not as detailed as the black background style.

Thanks for the feedback so far!

The color scheme is interesting but I like it.

wow, I recommend another color for the background ...
Right now, the red <link>s looks like blur to me. A more visible color would be white.

Why use an image for the welcome.php page? Use this page wisely ... use text so that the search engines can index the page!

You know, that never occured to me. The reason that image is there is because it was from a page on one of the first versions of RHC we had, and it had sentimental value, but that seems kinda silly now. Thanks for the suggestion!
