I know this can be done by IP -- but there is one hack that i had installed on my old UBB system that I miss.
It would catch people by logging if someone had logged out and then logged back in with a different username. It allowed me to catch people red-handed instead of messing with IP addresses.
Does anything like this exist -- or could someone write something?

hum...interesting feature...
but the detail would be that if someone login with different users, it may be because the computer is in a schoolclass, or a public computer, or a family with different users, or one of the portable in the US-army, or a shared computer anywhere...
there is a lot of reasons why there is multiple-logins from one computer...
the only thing that an admin can filter is when 2 or 3 users always debates and flames each other and are from the same IP... (just for spamming)... this would be easy to filter as the admin/moderator see the ips of the users in the forums...
