Blog-style front end for vB3

Ok here's my request, and it's a tall order! I'm looking for a front end to my forum that is very much like a blog -- with individual articles (with comment link, email to a friend, print version), categories, RSS feeds, and archives.

Yes, I am aware of v3 Articles and vBadvanced CMS, but they don't function like traditional blogs -- i.e. Moveable Type or WordPress.

I basically want something that has the functionality of my current blog www.ehomeupgrade.com but uses the vBulletin database to manage the content.

If there's any coders for hire, I would be open to a quote. However, I'm sure the vB community would love for such and open-source tool like this to exist.
