I like the style. Good job. The standard homepage is starting to get annonying though. Not your site really just every other site that uses that script uses that same setup. A good example of a good one is http://artorg.co.uk a creative homepage setup.

The block headers may be a little to in-your-face -- but, I like it.

I'm not sure if I like your background with the color scheme you have.

Looks pretty good otherwise. The pixelfont in your header could create problems with higher res users. If it's a slogan, make it stand out more.
