Hi. I am not a licensed user of vb - I'm a user of a vb board trying to persuade the board admins to consider some mods.

I can search and view threads fine (obviously I can't see code or attachments), but when I try to post a new thread in the 'modification requests' forum I get the error message 'you do not have enough permissions' - I'm sure you know the one I mean.

Is that forum locked for unlicensed members? Where can I post a modification request? Or do I have to get licensed admins to do it?

All forums expect this one, pre-sales, and chit-chat are restricted to licensed users of the software. Yes the board admin would have to make the modfication request.
