How to: Create a new template and a new phrase in a group

Hi all,

While installing a hack, I was asked to:

Create a new template called forumhome_latestthreadbit with the following content:

and

Create a new phrase called latest_threads in the GLOBAL group with the following content:

As I'm a noob on Vb, I don't really know how to do that. I've made a search and I've taken a look at the hint and tips section but I didnt find the anwsers. Also I didn't see any "create new templates" in the style and template manager.

So how do I do that ?

Also I didn't see any "create new templates" in the style and template manager.I'm relatively new at vB, so I may be wrong on this answer. But when you click "Styles and Templates" it brings up a list of your various styles (or maybe just one if you only have one). In the pulldown to the right of each style (and the pulldown defaults to "All Style Options"), I'm guessing that the "Add New Template" selection 3rd from the top is what you want....

click on manage phrases under language&phrases navigation category on the left side of admin cp screen;) in there choose phrase GLOBAL and then at the bottom click button saying "add new phrase" :)
