Enable [IMG] and disable [HTML]

well on my board i went to User CP on admin account.. and saw that there was no [IMG] in the signature thing but [HTML] in it... i would rather have [IMG] then [HTML] in the Signature option in USER Cp.. so if anyone can tell me how i would go about doing this it would be appreciated :D

Generally speaking, there are good Thread: Reasons never to allow HTML (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=68184&highlight=html).

You can disallow HTML everywhere (site-wide) through the AdminCP, but allow IMG.
