Supporting Members Only Options Table?

How would I add an options table on the Options page only viewable by members who have donated or paid a subscription? I want to be able to add options for paying members only such as no ads, free e-mail address sign-up, custom titles, etc. and I don't want non-paying members to be able to access these. you could do a lot of that just by creating a new usergroup and promote subscribers to that particular usergroup.

I have not personally messed with the subscription deal within vB3 and don't know the capabilities.. But I do know that using seperate usergroup based permissions will allow you to do a great deal..
